This is now primarily a senior housing lot, but the buildings and location used to be the site of a massive sanitarium. Tuberculosis was once a terrible epidemic, and this spot used to provide little-to-no cost treatment of the vicious disease to many patients. Luckily, TB became more preventable and treatable, so the largest sanitarium in the world no longer needed to exist. Go explore the site and look at the buildings.
